Our computer-controlled gate only allows customers to access the storage facility. It is well lit, has video surveillance cameras, and is completely fenced in.

Both we and the local Police recommend the “round” or “disc” lock because of the way in which that lock attaches to the latch. Or, at the very least your lock should be a sturdy, heavy padlock with keys.

Once you get past the doorway opening into the storage space, standard industry ceiling height is about 8.5 ft.

The choice is yours, but we would suggest that you do. Even in a climate-controlled space, things may get a bit dusty. Just like in your own home, furniture in storage gets dusty, but in storage,  you are not there to dust every week.

Normally, you will have at least a 30-day grace period, during which you will receive 1-2 letters and 1-2 phone calls reminding you. Also, to avoid any misunderstandings, please be sure to notify the office of any changes in your address or phone numbers, so that we can contact in the event that you forget. Renters should also, review their rental agreement for more details.

Please give the office at least a 7-day notice that you will be vacating so they know that your unit will become available to others who are in need of it.

When vacating, be sure that absolutely everything is removed from the unit, (please do not leave empty boxes, bags, unwanted items or trash in the unit) leave nothing anywhere on the property, and remove your lock. If these conditions are not met, your contract will remain in effect and/or additional charges may be imposed.
